..Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to complete the land acquisition proceedings in respect of land situated at Survey No.100/4, Paruvai Village, Palladam Taluk, Tiruppur district to an extent of 3.24 acres and provide patta to the eligible peoples of the village and consequently direct them to provide basic facilities such as water, toilet, electricity etc., within the time limit to be stipulated.
