The present Civil Revision Petition is laid by the petitioners seeking to dispose of I.A. No.2 of 2022 in I.A. No.1 of 2019 in Unnumbered CMA Sr. No.769 of 2019 pending on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The Learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur is now required to dispose of Interlocutory Application in I.A. No.2 of 2022 in I.A. No.1 of 2019 in Unnumbered CMA Sr. No.769 of 2019, within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order excluding the

intervening summer holidays - 2022.
