ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records, pursuant to the order of suspension passed by the 4th respondent, in his Proceedings in Na.Ka.No.13/R1/2014 dated 20.6.2014 and quash the same.

According to the petitioner, he was suspended from service on 20.6.2014 and that inspite of giving several representations from 5.8.2014 to 8.12.2014, the fourth respondent has not considered the same.

Mr.S. Muthuraj, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents and submitted that the fourth respondent may be directed to dispose of the representation within a stipulated time. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has also restricted his prayer with regard to a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the representation given by the petitioner, 5.

Havinig regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 8.12.2014 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of his order.
