A.No.2886 of 2019 in C.S.No.306 of 2002 R.SUBRAMANIAN, J., Mr.R.Thiyagarajan, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent and Mr.B.Suresh, learned counsel representing Mr.P.K.Sivasubramanian, learned counsel for the 4th respondent have no objection for the delay being condoned. The other respondents though served have not chosen to appear, hence, this application is allowed and the delay is condoned.
