The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of mandamus directing the respondents to revert back the sub-division wrongly made in the S.No.439/1 in No.129, Kottur Village, Sriperumbudhur Taluk and to grant the patta as per the request made dated 09.05.2013 acknowledged under reference Nos.682 & 683 at the earliest.
2.Mr.V.Manohar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the 2nd respondent had wrongly subdivided the property, therefore, he has given a representation on 09.05.2013 to rectify the mistake in sub-division and that the 2nd respondent has not rectified the same yet. 3.Ms.A.Madhumathi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.05.2013 in accordance with law and pass orders within a time frame.

4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.05.2013 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
