The learned counsel appearing for the respondents made a submission that the order passed by this Court on 18.07.2012 in W.P.No.12250 of 2012 has been complied with and the Engineer-in-Chief (Buildings) passed an order in this regard in proceedings dated 14.12.2012. In this view of the matter no further adjudication is required in this Contempt Petition.
