ORDER

This Court, by order dated 04.04.2016 in W.P.No.16603 of 2013, directed the 2nd respondent herein to register the partition deed bearing Document No.62/2011 dated 22.09.2011, if the same is in order and return the same to the petitioner without insisting upon any 'No Objection Certificate' within a period of two weeks.

2.Now, the petitioner has filed the present Contempt Petition, alleging that the order dated 04.04.2016 passed by this Court was not complied with by the respondents. 3.On 19.08.2016, when the Contempt Petition came up for hearing, statutory notice was ordered to be issued to the 2nd respondent. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is reported by the learned Special Government Pleader that pursuant to the order of this, the document in question was registered and returned to the petitioner by the 2nd respondent.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner has also submitted that now the order of this Court has been complied with.

5.Since the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondents, now nothing survives in the present contempt petition. Hence, the contempt petition is ordered to be closed.
