When this Contempt Petition was taken up, the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submitted that the order of this Court dated 04.10.2018 passed in WMP.No.29256 of 2018 in WP.No.25376 of 2018 has been complied with. In support of the same, he has produced a copy of the certificate of membership No.F/S/10336 issued by the respondents. 2.The said submission has also been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
