ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the undertaking, the petitioner/tenant has vacated and handed over the possession on 03.04.2025 and the keys have also been handed over to the respondent/landlord.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent/landlord also submits that the petitioner has vacated and handed over the possession and in view of the same, he would submit that the civil revision petition may be closed.
3. Recording the submissions made and recording the fact that the premises have been vacated and possession has been handed over, the civil revision petition stands closed. No costs.
