Respondent Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus to to forbear the respondent from cancelling the allotment letter No.STM/Rev/Advt/0160 issued by the respondent dated 06.02.2015 and to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.04.2015 by not disturbing the hoarding which is already installed thereby preventing the respondent from removing the existing and proposed execution of hoarding at Cantonment areas already granted.

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition, since, as yet, there is no order communicated to the petitioner adverse to its interest in respect of the subject matter. Needless to say that in case that eventuality arises, the petitioner will always have the option to impugn the decision in accordance with law, if so advised.
