ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents to register the FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 04.09.2014, pending on the file of the 2nd respondent, investigate the same and to file final report under Section 173 CrPC, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.On reading of the complaint dated 04.09.2014, the dispute is essentially between the landlord and tenant and therefore, no positive direction can be given to the police to register the complaint. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedies in the manner known to law.
