The petitioner possesses a Mini bus permit. The Government of Tamil Nadu issued two notifications on 24.01.2025 and 28.04.2025 permiting migration of the Mini bus permit under certain circumstances. The petitioner filed an application seeking grant of permit on the modified route from Kadaikkampatti to Chettiyarmattam for her vehicle in TN32-N-0125 on 27.10.2025. Ms.C.Meera Arumugham representing the respondent states that she has been instructed by the respondents to the effect that the orders will be passed on the application dated 27.10.2025 within a period of two weeks from today(27.02.2026). Her statement is recorded as an undertaking given by the respondent. The necessary action shall be taken within the time sought.
