Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the fifth respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 19.09.2014 and 27.09.2014 and consequently, direct the fifth respondent to issue Liability Certificate to the petitioner within the time fixed by this Court.

By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner submitted representations dated 19.09.2014 and 27.09.2014 to the fifth respondent requesting the Bank to give the status of her loan application since her daughter's marriage is nearing. On 25.11.2014, the petitioner also sent a e-mail to respondents 2 to 4, for which the fifth respondent has given a reply on 26.11.2014 stating that the petitioner's loan application has been forwarded to CCPC and if she needs any clarification, she may contact the Branch. However, the fifth respondent, sent a letter dated 29.11.2014 to the petitioner stating that CIBIL record of her husband as a co-applicant is not encouraging and hence, her loan application could not be considered. Thereafter, the petitioner has given a complaint to the Banking Ombudsman on 17.12.2014, who vide reply dated 23.12.2014 stated that they will do the needful. Subsequently, the petitioner sent a legal notice to the respondents on 31.01.2015. Since no response is forthcoming, the petitioner came forward to file this writ petition.
3. Heard the submissions made by Mr.S.Ambigapathi, learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. This Court, considering the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the petitioner's representation, directs the Senior Manager, Central Bank of India, Ambattur Branch, INTUC Building, No.270/560, M.T.H. Road, Ambattur, Chennai - 600 098, to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 19.09.2014 and 27.09.2014 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner.
