ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed aggrieved by the orders passed in R.L.T.O.P.No.311/2011 on the file of the XV Small Causes Court, Chennai which were confirmed in R.L.T.A.No.74/2022, wherein the petitioner/tenant 1/4
was directed to be evicted from the schedule of property on various conditions.
2. In the course of submissions, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that the petitioner is prepared to vacate the said premises within a period of four months from today. He has also filed an affidavit in support of the same.
3. In view of the undertaking given by the petitioner by way of an affidavit, the revision petitioner is directed to vacate the schedule premises on or before 15.08.2023. Further, the petitioner is directed to pay the monthly rents regularly until he vacates on 15.08.2023.
4. The said affidavit filed by the petitioner is taken on record.
5. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 11.04.2023 ssi Index : Yes/No Speaking Order : Yes/No 2/4
