This writ petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to refund the fee of Rs.79,000/- paid by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner, in pursuance to the proceedings of the first respondent in Letter No.34171/TAC/2017 dated 23.11.2017, by considering the legal notice dated 23.08.2017. 2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent drew the attention of this Court to refund voucher dated 21.09.2016 issued to the petitioner, copy of which is enclosed at page 1 of the typed set filed by the third respondent and submitted that the third respondent refunded a sum of Rs.39,000/- towards fees for transportation, books, notes, Uniform and lunch to the petitioner, whereas the same is disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.This Court is of the opinion that the submission so made by the respective parties cannot be gone into, in this writ petition, by invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India and it is for the petitioner to approach the competent civil Court to ventilate her grievances.

4.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
