By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner submitted a representation dated 20.4.2015, to the second respondent stating among other things, that she is the owner of the land admeasuring to an extent of 1.50 acres in Survey No.61/4 and 61/5 situated at Pattukonampatti Village, Pappireddipatti Taluk, Dharmapuri District, and the second respondent is attempting to put up a High Tension Electric Line by installing a pylon and in this regard, she has submitted a representation dated 6.4.2015, and she has brought to the knowledge of the Court, the alternate place available and since no orders have been passed on the said representation, came forward to file this writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The Court heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepted notice for the first respondent, and Mr.B.Jayesh B.Dolia, learned Counsel, who accepted notice for the second respondent.

4.This Court, without going into the merits of the representation, directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 20.4.2015, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate the decision to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
