Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, praying to take cognizance of the wilful contempt of the 1st and 2nd Respondents in misleading this Court with wrong pleadings and submissions, also punish them for wilful disobedience of the orders of this Court in W.P.No.30763 of 2014 dated 06.07.2015, by not taking action against the building in violation. [Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL, J.] It is represented by the Learned Additional Advocate General

for the Respondents that a Revision Petition is pending before the Housing and Urban Development Department filed by the owner of the property by name, Mr.Ramesh on 05.11.2016 [vide Letter No.22726/UD-VI(1)/2016-1 dated 23.08.2017 of the Additional Secretary (Technical)].

2.Considering the fact that the Revision Petition is pending before the Government of Tamil Nadu, as seen from the Letter dated 23.08.2017 of the Additional Secretary (Technical), this Court for the present closes the Contempt Petition. It is open to the Petitioner to avail his remedy in consonance with Law before the Concerned Authority where the Revision Petition is pending. Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to assail the correctness of the order so passed by the Competent Authority before the Appropriate Forum in the manner known to Law, if he so desires/advised.
