This writ miscellaneous petition is filed seeking an order of interim injunction restraining the second and third respondents, including any of their men or agents, from utilizing the funds or properties of Sri Mariamman Temple, Samayapuram in the absence of validly appointed Trustees or the approval of this court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.T.R.Ramesh, party-in-person sought permission of this court to withdraw this writ miscellaneous petition, with liberty to file an application in suo motu W.P.No.574 of 2015.

Granting such liberty to the petitioner, the writ miscellaneous petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
