This writ miscellaneous petition is filed seeking a direction to the second and third respondents herein to produce the detailed accounts and proceedings pertaining to the utilization of the funds of Sri Mariamman Temple, Samayapuram, pending disposal of the writ petition.

2. However, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.T.R.Ramesh, party-in-person sought permission of this court to withdraw this writ miscellaneous petition, with liberty to file an application in suo motu W.P.No.574 of 2015.

3. Granting such liberty to the petitioner, the writ miscellaneous petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
