When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint given by one Veeramani, an enquiry was conducted by the second respondent in C.S.R.No.34 of 2026. He further submitted that the petitioner was called only for the purpose of enquiry and was not harassed during the process. However, the complaint has now been closed.
