This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.145 of 2025 by an order dated 07.01.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am, until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

sai 2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.5(b) imposed on the petitioner vide order in Crl.OP.No.145 of 2025 dated 07.01.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Thursday at 10.30 am., until further orders.

4.Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 10-03-2025 sai To The Inspector Of Police PEW Triplicane, Chennai.
