By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner submitted a representation dated 9.4.2015, to the respondents 1 and 2 pointing out among other things, that the third respondent without adhering to the norms and regulations, is collecting excess charge for giving Cable T.V. Connection and though it was acknowledged, no response is forthcoming and hence, it came forward to file this writ petition.

3.The Court heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mrs.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Government Advocate, who accepted notice for the respondents 1 and 2, and Mr.Abdul Saleem, learned Counsel, who accepted notice for the third respondent.
4.This Court, without going into the merits of the representation, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 9.4.2015, in accordance with law, after putting on notice, the third respondent, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate the decision to the petitioner as well as to the third respondent.
