C.M.P.Nos.6450, 6485 & 6489 of 2021 have been filed to bring on record the petitioners 1 to 4 as the legal representatives of deceased sole appellant M.Durairaj Adhiyaman, to set aside the abatement caused by the death of M.Durairaj Adhiyaman and to condone the delay of 5430 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused by the death of M.Durairaj Adhiyaman, sole appellant in C.M.S.A.No.18 of 2004.

2.From the materials on record, it is seen that the petitioners earlier filed C.M.P.Nos.16985 to 16987 of 2005 in C.M.S.A.No.18 of 2004 to condone the delay of 48 days in bringing the petitioners as legal representatives of the deceased appellant, set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the appellant, to bring on record the petitioners on record as respondents 2 to 5 and this Court by the order dated 10.11.2005 ordered C.M.P.Nos.16985 to 16987 of 2005 and petitioners were brought on record as appellants 2 to 5. 3.In view of the above, C.M.P.Nos.6450, 6485 & 6489 of 2021 are dismissed.
