2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that charge-sheet has been filed in this case in No.LTN20220002489/C20250006 on 26.01.2025 before the Judicial Magistrate No.7, Coimbatore.

3. In view of the above submission, this petition is dismissed. Consequently, the miscellaneous petition is closed.
