ORDER

This Court, by an order dated 18.11.2015 in Crl.O.P. No.27812 of 2015, directed the respondent herein to conduct an enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 29.10.2015, if enquiry was not conducted so far and upon enquiry, if materials are gathered indicating commission of any cognizable offence, he was directed to proceed further in accordance with law, as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ early as possible. Alleging that the said order has not

been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after enquiry, the complaint was closed as 'further action dropped'. He has also produced a copy of the closure report for the perusal of this Court.

3. Since the order of this Court has been complied with, I am of the opinion, nothing survives in this contempt petition and hence, the contempt petition is closed.
