This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30669 of 2022 dated 23.12.2022 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30669 of 2022 dated 23.12.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
