ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent-Corporation submitted that pursuant to the representation made, a stop work notice has been issued. He further submitted that as against the stop work notice issued by the first respondent-Corporation, an appeal has also been filed by the respondents 5 and 6. 2.Inasmuch as action has already been taken, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
