ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.4717 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.4507 of 2024 by an order dated 08.04.2022 that the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on every first Monday of the month, till the charge sheet is filed.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet is also filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4507 of 2018 by the order dated 05.07.2021 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.4717 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.4717 of 2022 dated 08.04.2022 is relaxed.
