By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner-Sangam in it's representation dated 8.4.2015, submitted to the first respondent, has brought the knowledge of the said authority that though the respondents 3 to 5 were removed from the trusteeship of Arulmighu Vellai Vinayakar and Balasubramaniaswami Tirukoil, Tirukoilur, Villupuram District, they are collecting amounts under the guise of Kumbabhishekam and though the said representation was received and acknowledged, no response is forthcoming and hence, it came forward to file this writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.M.L.Mahendran, learned Government Advocate, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. 4.

This Court, without going into the merits of the representation, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 8.4.2015, in accordance with law, after putting on notice, the respondents 3 to 5, and pass orders as expeditiously as possible and not later than six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate the decision to the petitioner as well as to the respondents 3 to 5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
