Respondents Prayer:

Writ Petition , filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Nos.1 to 15 to consider the representation dated 28.04.2017 made by the petitioner to take necessary action against the educational institutions of the 16th respondent. For Petitioner :

Mr.T.Sundaravadanam

For Respondent-1 :

Mr.T.N.Rajagopalan Government Pleader (I/c) For Respondents 2 to 13 :

Mr. R. Ganeshbabu *****

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was delivered by T.S.Sivagnanam, J.,) Heard Mr.T.Sundaravadanam, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.T.N.Rajagopalan, the learned Government Pleader (I/c) appearing for the first respondent and Mr. R. Ganeshbabu, the learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 2 to 13.

2.

The petitioner, by way of this Writ Petition, seeks for a direction upon respondent Nos.1 to 15 to consider her representation, dated 28.04.2017.

3.

We find in the said representation, several issues have been roped in, and the person, who has made a representation is an Organisation, called 'Pasumai Bharatham', which appears to be an organization headed by the Co-ordinator, who is the writ petitioner herein.

4.

The matter concerns an Educational Institution, whether the building put up by them is in accordance with the sanctioned building plan, whether the approvals obtained by them is proper or not, etc., and all these matters have had a checkered history since 2015. We have serious doubts as regards the bona fide of the petitioner, in approaching this Court, as already the Officials have initiated action. Therefore, we do not propose to issue any Writ of Mandamus, as sought for by the petitioner, in this Writ Petition. 5.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
