ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's application dated 11.09.2015 for issuance of a relationship certificate to the petitioner immediately.

2. Mr.M.Radhakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the representation given by the petitioner as early as on 11.09.2015, the respondent has not considered the same so far.

3. Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Additional Government Pleader taking notice for the respondent, submitted that the respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's application and pass orders, in accordance with law.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 11.09.2015 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
