ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.

Side) submitted that the petition for anticipatory bail is pending before the respondent police for investigation alleging that the petitioners herein have forged the documents in respect of the temple property and grab the property. Considering the nature of allegation, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) seeks two months time to complete the enquiry. If the petitioners are ready and willing to co-operate with the investigation, they will not be arrested, unless and until any cognizable offence is made out and the arrest is required. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

2.In this circumstances, recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), the petition for anticipatory bail is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners herein to co-operate with the investigation.
