Seeking a direction to the respondent to file final report in Crime No.1240 of 2014 on the file of respondent Police, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.
