ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who were arrested on 06.03.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the offences under 399 and 402 of IPC in Cr.No.271 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant got secret information that the petitioners along with other accused persons were trying to commit robbery in the ATM Center and also kept deadly weapons with them and on seeing the respondent police, they escaped from the scene of occurrence. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, they pray for grant of bail to the petitioners. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that there are having previous cases against the petitioners on different police stations. Hence, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Taking into consideration and facts of the case and the petitioners are having previous cases on different police stations, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. -sd/- 09/04/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
