By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner claims to be a retired Naval Personnel and the owner of a farm land admeasuring to an extent of 04 cents in Survey No.400/1 of Sathyamangalam Village and he has to pass through Nehru Nagar Extension only and has no other way to reach his property. The grievance expressed by the petitioner, is that the fourth respondent without any right, whatsoever, started claiming that only the residents of Nehru Nagar Extension alone are having right to use the said route and in this regard, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 12.3.2015, to the first respondent and since he has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.P.Sanjai Gandhi, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepted notice for the respondents 1 and 2, and Mr.M.Varunkumar, learned Counsel, who accepted notice for the third respondent.

4.This Court, without going into the merits of the representation, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.3.2015, in accordance with law, after putting on notice, the fourth respondent, and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner as well as to the fourth respondent. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
