ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the Order of the respondent dated 22.09.2015 appointing fit person for administering management of the temple.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that after filing of this Writ Petition, an Order has been passed by the Government and the Writ Petitioner is continuing the management of the temple as a hereditary trustee and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs. 20.01.2023 Index:Yes/No vrc 2/4
