ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 448, 294(b), 324, 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.279 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The petitioner herein seeks anticipatory bail in a case registered in Crime No.279 of 2019. However, there is a material to show that earlier a case has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.279 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 448, 294 (b), 324, 506(ii) of IPC. which came to be registered on 07.05.2019.
3.From the records produced by the learned Public Prosecutor, this Court finds that a case was registered against the petitioner based on the complaint given by his neighbour in Crime No.279 of 2019. The respondent police have not thought it a fit case to arrest the petitioner for all these years. Therefore, the petitioner is not likely to be arrested by the respondent police in Crime No.279 of 2019.

4.It is also stated by the learned Public Prosecutor that no case has been registered against this petitioner and no complaint or petition received by the respondent police against this petitioner in the year 2022.
5.Recording the same, the petition seeking for anticipatory bail in a Crime No. Not Known of 2022 stands dismissed. -sd/- 29/03/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
