The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the demand made in the demand notice dated 19.02.2018, regarding the water and sewage charges, issued to the petitioner, has been complied with and the writ petitioner has paid the demanded tax to the respondents.

2.In view of the fact that the water and sewage charges assessed by the respondents have already been paid by the petitioner, no further consideration is required and accordingly, this writ petition stands closed.
