ORDER

This Writ petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.02.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the documents available on record.

3. Admittedly, petitioner took voluntary retirement from service on 31.10.2013. A perusal of the proceedings dated 06.04.2016 passed by the Chief Executive Officer of Tamilnadu https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Khadi and Village Industries Board, Kuralagam, Chennai in R.C.No.18700/Pen.(1)/2013 shows that the pensionery benefits were sanctioned to the petitioner and the said order also further says that the petitioner was entitled for pension of Rs.10,565/- with effect from 01.11.2013 at her option 1/3rd of the pension (i.e.,) Rs.3,521/- has been commuted and that the reduced pension of Rs.7,044/- was also payable to the petitioner with effect from the date of drawal of the commuted value. However, this Court is not able to find any explanation to accept the prayer of the petitioner, therefore, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
