This application has been filed seeking leave to sue the defendants.

2. The suit has been filed on account of the alleged patent infringement committed by the defendants.

The plaintiff has also pleaded that the infringed products are being sold all over India including Chennai. The plaintiff is having the principal place of its business at Chennai. Since the defendants are having their office outside Chennai, this application has been filed.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application for grant of leave to sue. Accordingly, A. No.1414 of 2024 is allowed as prayed for.
