ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by Dr.Anita Sumanth J.) The petitioner has instituted this Writ Petition seeking a mandamus directing R4 to R7 to consider his representation dated 01.12.2025.
2. The sum and substance of the aforesaid representation is as against R8 and R9, alleging that their activities would fall within the purview of Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.
3. Mr.Muniyapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor who accepts notice for the official respondents/R1 to R7 submits that such a plea for mandamus would not be maintainable at all.
4. Having regard to the submissions made, it would suffice to direct R4 to R7 to take note of the contents of representation dated 01.12.2025, and if they are of the view that there is any merit in the same, take appropriate action, in accordance with law.
5. We make it clear that there is no positive direction under this order, either to take action against any persons, or to dispose the representation. With this, and as nothing further survives for adjudication, this Writ Petition is closed.
