Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.38 /2018/(B1) dated 07.05.2018 and quash the same and direct the respondents 1 to 4 to restore the possession of land in Survey No.91/4B, Yethappur Village, Pethanaickenpalayam Taluk, Salem District to the petitioner and put him back in possession of the same, forthwith. [ORDER OF THE COURT WAS MADE BY S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] Mr.P.Jagadeesan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that a civil suit has already been instituted. Thus the petitioner is at liberty to seek appropriate relief, if necessary, by filing another suit.

2. With the above submission, the learned counsel for the petitioner has chosen to withdraw the present writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to the said effect in the bundle.

3. Recording the abovesaid submissions and also the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to redress his grievances in the manner known to law. However, there shall be

no order as to costs.
