Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant has filed a memo, seeking liberty to file a suit for declaration to title to the suit property un-influencing the findings regarding title given in the judgments under challenge in the present second appeal and pray for such other relief in this regard.
