ORDER
By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner claiming to be one of the Ward Members of Thenkumarapalayam Panchayat, submitted a representation dated 27.1.2015 to the first respondent stating among other things that the third respondent without following the guidelines formulated by the Government of Tamil Nadu has alloted funds to the various persons who https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
are not having lands in their name and with the help of her husband created bogus sale deeds as if they are having lands in their name to construct the houses under green house project. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the said representation has not been disposed of, the petitioner is constrained to file this Writ Petition.
3.Heard the submissions of Mr.C.Veeraghavan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice for the respondents. 4.This Court, without going into merits of the representation and taking into account the limited scope of relief sought for by the petitioner, directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.01.2015 in accordance with law, after putting a notice to the respondents 3 and 4 and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
