ORDER
The revision petitioner is the husband of the respondent. They got married on 30.8.2001. Due to the said wedlock, she got delivered a female child, namely, Gayathri. In the meanwhile, due to the difference of opinion between them, they were separated and the respondent herein filed HMOP.No.118/11 before the Subordinate Court, Poonamallee seeking dissolution of marriage. She also filed M.C.No.18 of 2014 seeking maintenance and pending the maintenance case, she filed CMP.No.212/2015 seeking interim maintenance of Rs.25,000/- before the Family Court, Erode. By order dated 04.11.2016, the learned Magistrate directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.7500/- towards interim maintenance. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner has filed the present Revision Case.
2. When the matter was called today, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties before the lower court and hence, no further order is required in this revision. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. The said statement was also accepted by the learned Counsel for the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Recording the aforesaid submission and endorsement made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the present Criminal Revision is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
