ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 23.11.2020 and remanded to judicial custody for the offences under Sections 3 r/w 4,5(a)(iv) r/w 6, 5(g) r/w 6, 5(c) r/w 6, 5(1) r/w 6, 6 r/w 17 of POCSO Act, 2012, Sec. 376(3), 376DA, 370(4), 370A(1) of IPC, Sections 3(2), 4 (1), 5(1)(a)(i) of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act 1956 in Cr.No.18 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the victim girl aged 13 years has been pushed into prostitution and the petitioner had exploited the victim girl knowing that she is a minor. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the final report has been filed and copies have been furnished to the accused and some of the accused are still absconding. 5. Taking into consideration the gravity of offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.

6. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the trial court may be directed to complete the trial within a particular time frame.

7. In view of the above submissions and considering the offence committed by the petitioner, the trial Court is directed to complete the trial as expeditiously as possible.
