ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This writ petition is directed against setting up of a TASMAC shop in the location specified in the writ petition, which according to the petitioner is about 150 metres away from a school and also in the vicinity of temples.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the second respondent on instruction submits that the shop in question has been closed, pursuant to the orders of the District Collector, Erode.

3. The writ petition is, thus, infructuous and the same is disposed of accordingly.

No costs.

Consequently, W.M.P.No.22673 of 2017 is closed.
