This petition is filed to condone the delay of 82 days in filing the appeal.
Heard Ms.R.Gouri, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.E.Vijay Anand, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondent 4 and he has no serious objections.
With regard to the remaining respondents, that is respondents 1 to 3 and 5, though being served and the names and addresses having been shown in the cause-list, there is no representation.
The delay is 82 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 82 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
