This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the case on the basis of the complaint dated 11.08.2014 given by the petitioner and investigate the matter in accordance with law.

2. No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint dated 11.08.2014 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 28.03.2015 in C.S.R.No.917/2015.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. The respondent police is directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report on the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
