This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.16 of 2022 pending on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the further action dropped, closure report is going to be filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyur. A draft closure report was also produced before this Court. 3.In the light of the above development, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to file the closure report before the Court below, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4
